Margy’s beautiful Raleigh is done and getting packed up to ship to NYC! I’m so excited to see her ride this bike all over the city. We found a bike shop for her too where we will ship the bike and they’ll assemble it and Margy can ride it home to her new apartment in the city. We miss you so much Margy. Dominic painted the frame himself, installed decals all over the bike including the sprocket, found a great seat on eBay, streamers, and added a bell. A new customer brought in this 1985 Hutch Wind Styler a couple weeks ago asking us to source some period specific parts. The bike used to live in a smoker’s home so the white paint had a yellow stain. Dominic was able to get rid of all the nasty yellow nicotine stains, install period correct cranks by Redline, an Imperial sprocket from Profile and pedals. #hutchwindstyler #oldschoolbmx #spunbicycles

A week ago we got a call from a nice man up in Loveland who needed a tire installed on an old vintage bike. Dominic told him to bring the bike in. When our new customer arrived and saw all of the restoration projects he asked Dominic for a “rush” resto job, which meant break the bike all the way down for clear coat, shine and lube all bearings and metals, repair the wheels with a few new spokes, and put it all back together. 💯 we got it done with 3 days to spare as our customers father in law is flying in this weekend from the Netherlands and this is a huge surprise for him!
