I took a minute to scroll through my phone tonight to look at all the pictures I had saved from 2015. Memories of some of the best times I have ever had in my life. I can’t really put it into words except that gratitude is literally oozing out of every ounce of my being right now.
We are about to end our 3rd year in business. Our numbers are up from last year. We have 25% more inventory in the shop. We have worked so hard this year, with just a part time mechanic, Dakota – the kid everyone thinks is our son – and Dominic and I busting our butts to make sure everyone who comes in to our shop has a pleasant experience. The learning never stops and we all continue to improve on so many levels.
To say that 2015 was good to us is an understatement. It was phenomenal. We have made so many new friends, built relationships with new organizations, and got to participate in some of the best events in the city.
We are looking forward to what 2016 has in store for us. All I can hope for is a healthy and happy year and to keep doing what we have been doing since day one – provide exceptional customer service, knowledge and support to the bike community of Cincinnati.
