It’s a quiet morning here at Spun and the summer is officially over and with it comes a bit of relief of making it though another crazy season. The shop has been so good, so fun, so much work and we are focused on what’s next for the upcoming year. We are finishing up some long projects and are very excited to be shipping a beautiful bicycle, that Dominic designed, all the way across the country to California! We also shipped our first set of custom wheels out to Arizona in July and are happy to see them buzzing about in the desert dirt on social media. We hope this is the start of something BIG here at the shop.
We are going to be doing quite a bit construction in the space this winter so be prepared for some big changes.
In the meantime, we are still in the groove, plugging along and doing repairs and the start of restoration season is about to begin. It seems we get at least 4-5 emails a week about restorations and I think all of the slots are filled up. Our vacation is set for October 28th for one week and the shop will be closed during that time. Personally I am counting down the days for some rest and relaxation because we are always so re-charged afterwards and ready to get back to the shop.
I’ll finish this post off with a shot of the front door of Spun from the end of summer I took one evening before we closed.
And some sweet custom headset caps!
